Wipe Tears Africa (WTA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2010, dedicated to restoring hope and transforming the lives of vulnerable children and families in Uganda. We were born out of a response to the rampant poverty, illiteracy, and ill health, including the impact of HIV/AIDS, that has devastated many communities.

Our mission is to empower families of poor and vulnerable children through education, health support, and economic empowerment, equipping them to build a brighter future. Guided by Christian morals and a commitment to child rights advocacy, we strive to wipe away tears and bring hope to African children.
