Meet Brian Brian is a gentle and responsible 7-year-old boy living with his younger brother, Gideon, and their single mother in Kalagi Village, Mukono District, Central Uganda. As the eldest child, Brian often carries responsibilities beyond his age, doing his best to support and protect his younger brother. In 2022, Brian’s life changed dramatically when his father abandoned the family. Since then, there has been no contact or support from him, leaving Brian’s mother to raise her two sons alone under very difficult circumstances. With only a small and unstable source of income, Brian’s mother struggles to provide basic necessities such as food, healthcare, school materials, and education fees. At times, Brian has had to miss school or go without essential learning supplies, despite his strong desire to learn and succeed. Brian dreams of staying in school and building a better future for himself and his family. He understands that education is the key to breaking the cycle of hardship they face. By sponsoring Brian, you will help ensure that he can access education, receive proper care, and grow up with hope and dignity.
